Green Hills Software Director of Engineering, Jack Greenbaum, demonstrates INTEGRITY Multivisor running on an Intel Atom processor to enable safe, reliable ECU consolidation in automotive electronics designs. In this in-vehicle infotainment use case, a GENIVI-compliant GuestOS (which includes an 3D OpenGL graphics application) safely and securely shares a single Intel Atom GPU with a native INTEGRITY OpenGL 3D cluster application. While a safety-critical rear-view camera application executes as a native INTEGRITY application in a separate, secure partition, independently from the OpenGL applications. All three applications are controlled by INTEGRITY Multivisor running on the Intel Tunnel Creek Processor and share a single video display.
